2 Corinthians 13
The apostle Paul expected his future visit to Corinth to be a trying time.
What was Paul referring to when he told the Corinthians he would not spare sinners in his next visit? 1 Corinthians 5:2-5, Acts 13:6-12
Paul urges the Corinthians to examine themselves and to test their faith.
Paul spoke and lived the truth of Jesus’s teaching.
Paul refused to allow the Corinthians to forget the cross and how Jesus’s weakness on the cross resulted in His eternal resurrection power.
Paul’s desire was to use his authority to build the Corinthians up rather than to tear them down.
Restoration of the relationship between God and the Corinthians was always Paul’s purpose.
Paul ends this letter with a unique Trinitarian benediction.
