Calling Sinners

Matthew 9:9-13
Matthew followed Jesus in word and deed.
Matthew held a banquet and invited his friends to meet Jesus.
The Pharisees would never eat with Matthew and his friends.
Jesus came to heal people that were dying spiritually and physically.
Jesus was showing mercy to the people that the Pharisees neglected. Matthew 23:23-24
Jesus’s call to sinners opened the door for everyone.
Psalms 14:1-3, Ecclesiastes 7:20, 1 John 1:8, 1 Timothy 2:1-4
