As exiles, we live in this world as ambassadors of another Kingdom. 1 Peter 2:9-12

Kingdom leaders are to be examples of the character and servanthood of Jesus.
Mature apprentices of Jesus should also have apprentices.

Humility and mutual submission are foreign to the spirit of the world, yet integral for imitating the Spirit of Jesus. Ephesians 5:21; Romans 12:10; Philippians 2:3-5

We stay awake and alert by knowing the image of Christ so that we can detect counterfeitimages. 1 Peter 1:13
It’s easy to see “others” as adversaries and forget about our true enemy.
Ephesians 6:12; James 4:4-8;
We are formed and forged into a community of love through suffering.
We stand firm as exiles through our allegiance to Jesus and our dedication to His way. Revelation 12:11
