Heart of Prayer

Matthew 6:9-14

The Lord’s prayer was meant to be a model to teach His disciples the heart of prayer.

When we declare God as our Father, we declare His love, goodness, and faithfulness to us.

When we declare God as our Father, we declare our allegiance as His sons and daughters following in the footsteps of Jesus.

The right kind of prayer has a passion for God’s glory and His agenda. His name, kingdom, and will must be our top priority.
